The inauguration of the construction investment project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 1 section between Hanoi and Bac Giang addresses the growing transportation needs in the provinces of Hanoi, Bac Ninh, and Bac Giang. It aims to alleviate congestion, reduce traffic accidents on National Highway 1, stimulate investment, support socio-economic development, and enhance regional security and defense.
