New headquarter of the Hanoi University of Public Health

This project represents a significant milestone as the first one approved by the Prime Minister to be executed through a build-transfer (BT) contract. It holds strategic importance for the Ministry of Health and contributes significantly to the socio-economic development of Hanoi Capital. Notably, it also marks the Health sector’s inaugural university relocation project in Hanoi using the BT model, demonstrating high efficiency and timely completion. The project’s success serves as a foundation for the Ministry of Health to further develop investment initiatives, leveraging socialized investment in healthcare. This approach aims to enhance medical examination and treatment facilities, ultimately benefiting the community.
