The road section connecting Pham Van Dong Street to Go Dua Intersection, along National Highway 1 in Thu Duc District, spans 2.75 kilometers and is implemented as a public-private partnership (PPP) project under a BT contract. This initiative aims to link the primary traffic artery, Pham Van Dong Street, with National Highway 1, gradually closing Ring Road No. 2 in alignment with Ho Chi Minh City’s Transport Development Planning up to 2020 and beyond, as approved by the Government.
