“Best Companies to Work for in Asia” is an international prestigious award, organised annually by HR Asia magazine, to recognise enterprises with the best human resource policies and outstanding working environment. The award attracts the participation of thousands of large corporates in 13 countries and territories in Asia, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, China, South Korea, and the UAE, … The award was granted based on analysis results of the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), by surveying approximately 30,000 employees from 581 businesses. This is an in-depth and holistic assessment exclusively conducted by HR Asia Research Magazine, providing executives with a unique 360-degree view of their employees’ demands, expectations, and level of engagement. Based on the outcomes, organisations can implement suitable policies and activities from time to time.
