The “Vietnam Best places to work” award ceremony is an annual program with many award categories to honour the top recruitment brands. This year, awards are given to the top enterprises ranked highest in a survey that collects information from nearly 58,000 experienced professionals. The respondents are working in more than 500 prestigious enterprises in 20 different industries with a profound contribution to the economy.

For the survey to accurately reflect the actual results, the organisers cooperated with Intage, a member of Intage Group – the largest research solution corporation in Japan and ranked 9th globally. Based on Anphabe’s model, Intage advises on large-scale analytical methods and verifying the final voting results to ensure accuracy and objectivity.

Accordingly, the organisers will survey external target groups and internal employees when evaluating a brand. In particular, the internal team focuses on criteria such as company reputation, quality of work and life, leadership and management, culture and environment, development opportunities, rewards, etc.
