On March 15, 2022, at the Leading Real Estate Brands Honour Ceremony in 2021-2022 taking place at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Van Phu – Invest was honoured in two categories: Top 10 Vietnam’s leading real estate developers in 2021, and Top 10 livable urban areas for The Terra – An Hung project.

The Honouring Ceremony of Leading Brands in the real estate market of Vietnam is an event sponsored by the Vietnam Real Estate Association and organised by the Vietnam Real Estate Online Magazine (Reatimes) in collaboration with the Vietnam Institute of Real Estate Research (VIRES). The event aims to honour prestigious brands, investors, real estate developers and high-quality projects with good potential that are evaluated through rigorous criteria. The results were voted by 500,000 readers on the online system of Reatimes.vn, and at the same time, assessed by an independent voting board, including hundreds of journalists and leading respected experts in the fields of planning – architecture – construction – real estate – economy – law – finance in Vietnam.

At the ceremony, the Organising Committee announced the list of Top 10 leading real estate developers in Vietnam in 2021, consisting of prominent and esteemed brands with significant contributions to the real estate market and the country’s economy.

The awards were delivered based on the following criteria: Good financial capacity based on financial statements; Compliance with the laws and policies of the State; Stable growth potential; Being highly trusted by partners; Large scale of operation; Number of large-scale projects; Ensuring labour safety, Advanced technology, expertise, construction equipment, etc.

Based on the aforementioned stringent criteria, the Appraisal Council highly valued and recognised Van Phu – Invest for its efforts of “overcoming danger and taking advantage” during more than two years of the pandemic. The company has achieved the dual goals of combating the epidemic while contributing to economic development, proactively and flexibly adapting to the situation toward recovery and further development.
